The ability to add or customize the quick reaction. example: where you have 3 words and 3 faces ,either be able to just switch with any that are already in your system or add an option to type my own and add it as a quick reply. example again if i win i can change my " Thanks" to "Close one" or "GG" or "Almost" you get the idea, anything that we would like to type in.

Please get rid of "Thanks" option on quick response bar after hand is won.  Super annoying , poor sporstmanship,  spam, ruins it.  What other purpose is there for it on the quick response bar after a hand other than to be an annoying jerk?

I second this. This is the foremost reason i disable the chat completely

@Capt Rebel excellent points and great suggestion!  (about dropping "thanks" from quick response bar after winning a hand)

Someone might say that "Thanks" is there as a reply option to when a player says "Well Played" to the winner. But troll-obnoxious-"Thanks" is sooooo over-used that it outnumbers gracious-"Thanks" by at least an order of magnitude, or something ; )

Also, you'll get replies to this topic that go something like "then just mute them if people are being annoying!" ...but I don't like missing out on other kinds of information that the player might say (that can help in the poker decisions -- knowing if they're tilted or having an argument with someone or that reveals something about my or someone else's table image) so I just put up with it. Dropping it from the quick responses and forcing an extra click to say "thanks" would help separate the passive annoying people (who will be annoying only if it's convenient) from the intentionally super-obnoxious annoying people (who will be annoying regardless of how much effort it is).

Anyway, very much obliged for bringing this to the fore.

Hi,

I have some ideas/comments on the content of the game.

I haven't read all posts, so there will probably be some double coments in here.

Ok, here we go with the list....

- More thinking time per hand (perhaps with a time bank) Current time WAY to little!! Almost forced to play "bingo" making wrong choises and loosing to much because of it.
Poker takes time, good choises do.... Perhaps make "regular" and " turbo" tables so that players can choose what to play.

- PLEASE repair the vibration function for IOS. Without vibration almost impossible to play 4 tables at once. Vhance to mis a hand is huge. Esspecially with the little thinking/act time

- Implement the possibility to DELETE the content of private chat without deleting the player

- Allow players to play in multiple area's at the same time. For example: Pharao's AND Sky High AND gold mansion at once.

- Option to search players by name

- Currently the private chat starts at the top..... instead of last conversation: Can you fix that?

- please ADD the possibilty to send/receive chips from friends in ONE click. instead of 200

- Higher piggybank level !! Stuck on level 4 for ages now.

- More chests in team challenge. Perhaps 9 or 10

- Possibility to arrange the chat order and chat options yrself. So possibility to delete the ones you don't use and add the ones you do.

- Possibility to BLOCK a player in total so that you NEVER sit with him/her again.

As you can see: It's a whole list....and i know i have more to come. haha.....

Hope to hear/see action on this.

Droelus has some good ideas, I like especially

"regular" and "turbo" tables

I like playing very fast so I do not want to have more time but choice is good

- Allow players to play in multiple areas at the time.

I find that the level of sit & go and cash game is too different in the same area

Option to get arch players by name

and also to see the old player name. In my team I have two new but I do not see when they joined the team, so they are already players but it's impossible to know who they are if they do not say

As a team leader I often have to communicate in a language I do not know. I wish could copy / paste. Typing automatic translation is painful. In the same way, adding details to player's profile (languages spoken first!) would be valuable,

On my web interface, I do not see the flags

In any case I really like the game and I appreciate the improvements noticed since I'm here

(should not you create a topic for Features Request 2019 ?)

Hello. I am disappointed (during team challenges) not to see the details of my points directly from the moment I reach the  diamand level.
I would like not to have to click on my icon in the management of the team to see how many points I have made in total.
And then a chest "platinum" or higher diamond I would like too :)
Et maintenant dans ma langue maternelle :

Bonjour.

I would suggest to do it the other way around. Make the lower buy-ins high blinds for gambling (which many do already on those lvl's)  and the higher buy-ins low blinds so there is more real play before we get to the fold or all-in end play.

I'm very curious what the blind structure will be in the new tower 🙂

As someone who has played Sit'n'Gos as a core competence from Beginner to Vegas [I play all the games profitably, except Push-or-Fold, where I only dabbled as a beginner, but sit'n'go has been my safest/biggest moneymaker, especially in Vegas] I have to admit I don't understand your complaint about higher levels being "just a gamble". I found quite the opposite. Higher levels are easier to play, if you understand the math and the players.

The amount of "Real Play" (as you see it) can only increase if it takes longer to play a single S'n'G. In truth, it's Real Play on every hand [until near the Head's up stage, where you can circle each other for many hands, but eventually have to pick a hand to live/die on]. I don't think many players at the high levels are going to want to play round that take 30min instead of 15. When you have a limited stack (3000 to start) long drawn out battles amplify the role of luck vs skill. It only takes one bad beat to kill you.

I recently reviewed some sessions from a year ago, when I had a tiny fraction of my current stack, and I find that I'd play 95% of my hands exactly the same now. Of the 5% I'd play differently, I'd say that 3% were a "failure of discipline" [I KNOWINGLY took a risk that I wouldn't take now] and only 2% were due to any real insight that I didn't have then -- that's one hand in 50!

To me, the biggest difference between then and now is that my opponents play better and more sensibly in Vegas than that did at the lower levels. I get sucked out less because my opponents understand the nuances of THEIR hands better. It may sound like I'm saying that wacky gambbling is a way to beat them -- it's not! Irrational players may suck me out on some big hands, but they quickly lose those chips to others. They redistributed some of  my winnings, whereas I kept most of them, and now have a stack that I literally thought was impossible for me last year.

On rev iew, I conclude that the biggest difference for me is NOT that I am smarter now, but that my opponents know what they are doing. Players who dabble at this level (and one must, to improve) have to learn to adapt. Perhaps the most common complaint I've read on this board in the past year is "I've played real cash poker, but I lose here anyway (so there must be cheating)". The second most common is "It's impossible to win as much as the best players here do (so there must be cheating)". There has been *some* cheating, but overall that was never why I lost. The thing that held me back is that there is NO SINGLE UNIFORM STANDARD OF GOOD PLAY. You have to adjust your play to the play of your opponents IN THE GAME YOU'RE PLAYING NOW. It took me months to reach a stack equal to what I won this past week -- or the week before, or the week before that. Now, I can't even remember my last losing week. I used to feel terrible if I lost $2M chips in a week, but now I don't flinch at losing that in one hand, because I know I'll win it back (and more) within a day.

And let me be clear here: I'M NOT A PARTICULARLY GOOD POKER PLAYER, and I DON'T PLAY VERY MANY HOURS. All I do is: I adjust my play to the table I'm at, no matter what game or level I'm playing at.

Last week, I tried to convince a friend to join me at a tournament at Foxwoods next week (it would be my first real cash game in over a decade), and they offered all sorts of excuses about how it's just a big gamble. Since I know they consider themselves a steel-nerved Heads-Up specialist and Aggressive Hero, I asked them "What three changes would you make to your game if you were playing Phil Hellmuth or Gus Hansen?" It's been a week. They still haven't answered. Now those two players are hardly my heroes, but I knew My friend admored them, and had watched hours of their videos, yet they might only imagine one way to change their game, but not two, much less three, agains the players they watched most. Those famous players change their play at every table, even from hand to hand. That's why they make REAL Millions.

TLDR: if you want to win, learn to adjust your play to the table you're sitting at. Not the level, but the exact table -- be they tired, drunk, on tilt from the last bad beat or big win. Play the table you're at, not the rules you think you know.

I understand what you're trying to say, but that is not what i mean. But you make one important mistake, long drawn out battles improves the role off skill not luck. For abvious reasons.

Also i dont understand why u assume i'm a losing player ?  i'm a winning player on all lvl's. I have a "roi "of 50% on lower lvl's and 20% in vegas.  So when i say it is more a gamble it is not out of personal perspective, it is just a statement about the blind structure.

You can have a higher winrate when you have a bigger edge on your opponant. The higher the starting blinds and the less post-flop play and the more all-in or fold play , the less of an edge you can have on your opponant. Because their is less room for making mistakes. So then it is more about the cards and thus the gamble.

If you compare it to real money play, you can compare it with regular sng's to the Turbo sng's.

Changing your play can never adjust for the possible edge with the given structure. With other words, even a professional poker player would make much less money in a High blind structure SNG then a low blind structure sng. Their possible edge is just that much lower.

I hope you understand now what i'm saying.

Hi ! This time I'll post in french. Vu que mon interface est en français.
[ERGONOMIE]

I hope you understand now what i'm saying.

I sincerely apologize for misestimating you. It wasn't personal.

I was strongly swayed by two things (as I mentioned):

1) Many people complain here that GoP is somewhow rigged. IMHO, it isn't, but one must adapt to the playing conditions here (or in any free social game), which are not the same as a home game, a casino, or a cash online game.

2) I was very surprised to learn, on a review of my recorded games from almost a year ago, that my card play has actually changed very little, even though I now may win as much in a single week as my entire six-month stack back then. My big changes are (a) a little more discipline in following the math; (b) a better understanding of the relatively infrequent situations where I personally want to bluff(*); and (c) the game is more logical/PROFITABLE at higher stakes where opponents play better and less recklessly.

(*) I am risk-averse. I seek to profit on my raw plays every single week, and usually stockpile my Team Challenge winnings instead of cashing them. I have teammates whom I admire who play a much more volatile game. That's an equally legitimate strategy, but I would not feel happy (at present) winning and losing on the order of billions in a week. I guess I'm not a gambler.

However, I'm afraid I still don't understand what you mean when you say Higher levels Sit'n'Gos are "more of a gamble". Isn't the blind structure identical (3000 table chips; starting blinds of 100/50)? Doesn't a typical SnG takes roughly 15min at any level? Yes, those 3000 table chip correspond to more "real chips" if you win or lose, but that's what it means to play at a higher buy-in.

Lower blinds and other conditions that allow longer play definitely benefit more skilled players IN A CASH GAME. In a SnG, length of play is limited by the steadily rising blinds, and cashout depends on completing the table, not a few expertly  played hands, so I believe that the variance only SEEMS greater because a table of SnG takes much longer than one hand of a cash game. The advantage of being a more skilled player remains; it just takes longer to manifest. For me, at least, a Vegas SnG is much less of a gamble than the lower levels were, and since they are all 3000TC starting at 100/50 blinds, I can't see how it's more of a gamble.

I'm very interested in your views. I'm still just a student of the game.

People who say that higher lvl's are more profitable because they are more logical, have a problem adjusting their game. When you adjust your game, the lower lvl's are relative way more profitable. Which is logical. You earn money by the mistakes of your opponant. They make more mistakes at the lower level.

All sng's start with 20/40 blinds and Vegas starts with 50/100 blinds.

But i must admit i was suprised at the high profitabilty i had with those high blinds. And i now noticed (for the first time) Vegas had 3 minute blind lvl's in stead of 2 minutes. So altough the blinds are higher, they stay the same 50% longer. So that compensates  a little.

But when i play at the low lvl's i can have a game of 20 min and in Vegas i dont think i ever go over 15. So less play time -> more gamble.

Lower blinds and longer play benefit more skilled players in SNG's explicit. There is no longer play in cash-games, only higher blind, because you rebuy.

So indirectly i am asking for lower blinds and more play time for SNG's in Vegas and Strip. To me that also makes sence, because you put in a lot more chips, so more playtime in return is logical.

(If you dont have the time, then you play a cash game or lower stake)

So, this seems like a bit of a foresight imo. The quick chat function should have "Well Played" as an option after every single hand you are involved in, ESPECIALLY when you bust a player or get busted, it's just good manners to say well played to a winner or someone who is about to leave.

HI, new to this forum, been at this game awhile (been playing on line poker for some time though, just not here.) But I LOVE this set up and all the options.

And I know someone complained about obnoxious hats, hey it's all part of the game.  And they are funny.  If distracting your opponents is what your after, again all part of the strategy.  Just like juggling your chips at a real table.

The timer is fine as is.  I know some want faster, some want slower, so if you want to add "turbo" or longer times fine.  But I'm quite happy with it as it is.  I play on another site (guessing naming it would be a nono) but they have a timer too, only the darn thing most of the time doesn't work.  Someone with a slow connection for example, you can sit there for minutes.  Yours never does that.

LOVING all the hats and pins and such, wish there were more to pick from.  Are new ones added very often?  How about more variety?

Suggestion  though,  First off SOMETIMES a player posts a face icon, say a crying one, but I don't have those.  I was told "steam."  Well the steam version blows wind. (Full screen I cannot seem to reduce.  I usually play cards while watching youtube or something, can't do it on steam so to heck with it.)

But aside from the little cutsie faces, there are a few pre written lines of text.  NOT what I'd want to say, like nice hand, I don't have that.  I have "are you serious"  Which I NEVER use.  It's stupid.    how about an option to write some of our own.

BTW I read how saying "thanks" after winning a hand might be rude.  And yea sometimes it is.  (As is laughing when you beat someone.)
But again, it's all part of the game.  I've played a few jerks to use the chat to post "scared?" and other such nonsense, trying to rattle the other players.  Just all part of the game strategy here.  Short of posting death threats or real vulgar stuff, who cares?  A simple mute option by a players name would solve any problem there.  Be nice if when that player posts they could see that maybe everyone at the table has muted comments.

Finally the chat here really stinks.  I have to click it several times, then it covers part of the table, and all while the game is going.  Surely a small chat box somewhere instead of pulling out a separate window could be done.  And again, muting players be easy.

BTW.. just an FYI I particularly love the sit and go games.  Go ahead and go all in and when you lose, your gone.  Not just keep reloading over and over.  I tend to leave those kinds of tables fast.  No fun at all.  But sit and gos are the best.  (need more!!!!)

Hi poker players,

Let us know if you are missing a cool feature and it might get into the game!

I would like to make 2 requests.  Can you add a flag pin for Scotland? My team is mostly Scottish and there is no flag pin. Also, can you make it you visit another team you can see their scores? It would make it easier recruiting players and also deciding whether to add a player if you can see their contributions to their last team. Thanks
