Cannot even OPEN my weeks winnings now?

Ok, WTH?   I go to open my lousy gold chests, I got ONE and keep getting a note now

"We are limiting the volume of requests right now to keep the platform stable for all players.

You can make progress on the new challenge while waiting to claim your rewards."

 

 

SERIOUSLY?   SINCE WHEN??????   I have ALWAYS started the week by collecting what ever I managed to win over the past week.   Mostly more junk to give away but chips are very much needed. 

And now will you suddenly have problems loading a game table too?

This is not a good sign.    And if I cannot even OPEN my chests, I sure am not gonna play.   This game more and more seems like it's dying.

Howdy Artmakerjen, the message "We are limiting the volume of requests right now to keep the platform stable for all players. You can make progress on the new challenge while waiting to claim your rewards" has been recently implemented to avoid server issues that were occurring on Wednesday nights due to the volume of players opening their chests at the same time and to improve the player's game experience. When you receive that message you are able to continue playing and come back in a few minutes to open your chests without any interruption.
