Support is USELESS

Game bug for days now.  Sit N go tables... someone is OUT but chips re appear.

 

So I wrote to support.   They said if it's still going on reply, possibly include a screen shot.  Now HOW would I get a screen shot of something that happens who knows when, and only shows on the screen for a nano second.   So I wrote back only to have it come back as CLOSED.  


WTF?    I'm not playing until some announcement comes out that you found and FIXED the bug.   

And to support?  AN ISSUE IS NOT CLOSED JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH IT!

Howdy ARTMAKERJEN, the development team has recently released a new version of the game in which some bugs have been fixed. Please confirm that you are using the latest version of the game, and if it is still not fixed, please write back to support so that it can be checked again. We are sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.
